rivomi makes it easy to contact a lot of people. This policy is the line between doing that well and doing it badly. Breaching it is a breach of the Terms of Service.
Data collection
- Do not use the Service to collect information that is not publicly visible on LinkedIn.
- Do not attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits or access controls, on LinkedIn or anywhere else.
- Do not upload data you have no lawful basis to process, including purchased contact lists you cannot account for.
- Do not target people you know to be under 18, or configure the Service to collect special category data (health, beliefs, politics, sexuality, biometrics, trade union membership).
Outreach
- Honour opt-outs immediately. If somebody asks not to be contacted, add them to the suppression list; do not contact them again from another sender or another workspace.
- Do not misrepresent who you are, who you work for, or your relationship with the recipient.
- No harassment, threats, hate speech, sexual content, or content targeting a person's protected characteristics.
- No spam in the ordinary sense: no bulk identical messages to people with no plausible interest, and no scraping a list purely to blast it.
- Disclose that outreach is automated where the law where your recipient lives requires it.
- Do not use the Service for anything that is unlawful where you are, where we are, or where the recipient is.
LinkedIn accounts
- Only connect an account you hold or have explicit permission to operate.
- Do not connect accounts that impersonate a real person or a company you are not part of.
- Do not attempt to defeat the pacing, ramping or business-hours controls, or run multiple tools against one account at once.
The Service itself
- No reverse engineering, no reselling, no sharing a workspace across unrelated businesses.
- No probing, scanning or load-testing our infrastructure without written permission.
- No using the Service to build a competing product.
Enforcement
We investigate reports sent to [legal@yourdomain]. Depending on severity we will warn you, pause sending, suspend the workspace, or terminate the account. Where the law requires it we will also report. We would much rather have a conversation than close an account, so if you are unsure whether something is allowed, ask first.
Changes
We may update this document. Material changes are announced in the product and by email to workspace owners at least 14 days before they take effect. The date at the top is the version in force.
