rivomi in short

What it is, who it is for, and who should use something else.

  • rivomi finds people on LinkedIn who are already talking about the problem you solve, tells you in one sentence why each of them fits, writes a first note about what they actually said, and sends it from your own LinkedIn account at a human pace. When someone replies, the conversation lands in your inbox and the rest of the sequence stops.

  • Founders who do their own sales, small B2B teams, and agencies running outbound for clients. It suits anyone whose buyers are on LinkedIn and whose deal is worth a one-to-one conversation: B2B software, services, and tools sold to professionals.

  • Teams whose motion is high-volume cold email, since rivomi has no email channel. Anyone who wants to send thousands of messages a week. Low-ticket or consumer offers, where one-to-one outreach does not pay back. And enterprise teams that need SSO and CRM sync on day one. We would rather tell you now than after you have paid.

  • Those tools send a sequence to a list you bring. rivomi decides who belongs on the list this week, tells you why, and writes the first line about something the person did or wrote. It also sends less, on purpose: daily caps, a ramp for new accounts and working hours are on from the first day.

  • Not in the sense of a bot that runs your outbound with nobody watching. rivomi does the slow parts: finding people, reading what they wrote, scoring the fit and drafting the note. You decide how much it sends on its own. You can approve every draft yourself, and replies are always yours to write.

  • Usually three: the thing you use to find people (a lead database or hours of scrolling), the spreadsheet or tool where you decide who is worth contacting, and the LinkedIn sequencer that sends. It does not replace your CRM, your email tool or your calendar.

Getting started

From sign-up to the first people worth talking to.

  • You paste your website and rivomi drafts your buyer segment: titles, industries, company size, geography and the words that rule someone out. You correct it, then create an outreach agent and point it at the places your buyers show up. By the next morning there is a list of people worth talking to, each with the reason. Connect your LinkedIn account when you are ready to send, not before.

  • One sitting. Most of it is reading the segment rivomi drafts from your website and fixing what it got wrong. After that, expect about five minutes a day: look at the people it found, approve the drafts you like, and answer replies.

  • Keep it narrow. One buyer segment, two or three sources you believe in, review mode on, and a low daily cap. Read the first twenty or thirty people it finds before you let it send anything. If the scores look wrong, fix the segment, not the volume.

  • No. rivomi does not use Sales Navigator, and it never searches LinkedIn through your account. Finding people is done through data providers.

  • No, but it changes the first step. With Premium, the note goes out with the connection request. Without it, LinkedIn allows only a handful of notes a month, so rivomi sends the request on its own and the note becomes the first message once they accept. rivomi detects which one you have when you connect.

  • That is the normal case. rivomi builds the list from what people do on LinkedIn: posts about your problem, comments under your competitors and the creators your buyers follow, engagement with your own posts, and job changes, hiring and funding. If your buyers rarely post, it can pull them from a directory by title and location instead.

  • Yes. Upload a CSV with a column of LinkedIn profile URLs and rivomi enriches, scores and drafts for those people like any other source. It cannot find profiles from names or email addresses alone.

Signals and finding people

Where the people come from, and how often.

  • A public moment that suggests someone might want what you sell: a comment describing the problem, a post asking for recommendations, engagement with a competitor, a new job, a team that is hiring, or a round of funding. rivomi keeps the moment next to the person, so you can see what they did and when.

  • Six kinds. Posts that match your keywords and the people commenting on them. The comment sections of creators your buyers follow. People engaging with your competitors. People engaging with your own posts. Buying events: job changes, hiring and funding. And directory searches by title and location for buyers who do not post.

  • It depends on the market, and rivomi measures it rather than guessing. In our own workspaces, commenters on a post squarely about the problem qualified far more often than people commenting on a broad keyword. The agent page shows how many people each source found and how many of them fit, so you can drop the sources that do not.

  • A few times a day. Each check reads the latest posts and comments from the agent’s sources and only brings in people it has not seen before. You do not need to have the app open.

  • Plenty of good buyers never comment on anything. If yours are a group you can name, like financial advisors in the US, the agent can pull them from a directory by title and location and score them on fit alone, so nobody is marked down for being quiet. You can also import your own list.

  • From third-party data providers that read public LinkedIn posts, comments and profiles. Your own LinkedIn account is never used to search, view profiles or collect commenters. Some private or sparse profiles cannot be enriched, and those people stay unscored rather than guessed at.

  • Sometimes not from conversation signals alone. A narrow market may only produce a few people a week who are talking about the problem. When that happens, add a directory search or import a list, and let the conversations bring in the warmest people on top.

Scoring

How rivomi decides who fits, and how you can check it.

  • Each person is judged against your buyer segment: their role, their company and, where there is one, the thing they said. The result is one to three flames, a sentence explaining why, and the words the person wrote. People who clearly do not fit are set aside with the reason, so you can check that too.

  • Because a number like 73 tells you nothing you can check. A short reason and a quote from the person can be read in five seconds, and you can tell at a glance when the scorer has misunderstood your buyer.

  • Mark the person as a good fit or not a fit. That moves them where they belong and is recorded against the agent. It does not retrain the scorer yet. If you disagree often in the same way, the fix is in the buyer segment: add the title or the disqualifying word it is missing.

  • rivomi can only judge what it can see. A profile with no title, headline or about text gets no verdict until it has been enriched, and some profiles cannot be enriched at all. Those people are left unscored instead of being guessed at.

  • Yes. Each outreach agent has its own buyer segment, sources and sequence, so two audiences means two agents. How many agents you can run depends on your plan.

    Plans

Messages and sequences

What gets written, and what happens after it is sent.

  • It opens with the moment that brought the person in: the comment they wrote, the post they engaged with, the new role. Then one line about why you are reaching out. No merge-tag compliments, no links, no pitch deck. It is kept under LinkedIn’s 300-character limit.

  • The drafts are written to cite something specific the person did, which is the thing generic AI messages never do. You can also set the tone in your settings. If a draft still reads wrong, reject it and it will not be sent. Try the free connection note grader to see what we look for.

  • Yes. When you create an agent, choose manual setup and write each step yourself, with merge fields for first name, full name, company and title. Or let rivomi draft every step from the signal.

  • Not yet. In review mode you can approve or reject each draft, but you cannot change its text inside rivomi. Reject the ones you would not send yourself.

  • The default sequence is a connection request and then up to three messages a few days apart, once the person accepts. You can remove or change steps when you create the agent. rivomi sends connection requests and messages only. It does not send InMail, email or voice notes.

  • The sequence for that person stops straight away and you get a notification. The conversation moves to your inbox, where you answer it yourself.

  • Not by default. New agents skip your first-degree connections, because a stranger’s note to someone you already know reads badly. You can change that per agent.

Review and control

How much rivomi does on its own is your call.

  • Yes. Turn on review mode when you create an agent, and nothing is sent until you approve the person. Approving a person approves their whole sequence, so read the follow-ups as well as the note. We recommend review mode for every new agent.

    Review mode
  • Then the agent runs on autopilot: people who qualify are queued for sending automatically, up to the daily cap you set on the agent, and still within your account’s sending limits. Review mode is off unless you turn it on, so check the setting before you launch.

  • Yes. You can pause an agent, which stops it finding and sending, or pause a connected LinkedIn account, which stops every send from it. Disconnecting the account removes it from rivomi entirely.

  • Add them to the do-not-contact list. It is checked before every single send, on every agent in the workspace. It works on LinkedIn profiles, so to block a whole company you list its people, for example by importing a CSV of profile URLs from your CRM.

Account safety

What your account does, what it never does, and the honest part about LinkedIn’s terms.

  • No. Your connected account only does what you would do yourself: send a connection request, send a message, and read replies. It never searches, views profiles to enrich them, collects commenters or exports your network. All of that comes from data providers.

  • Yes. Acting on a LinkedIn account through anything other than LinkedIn itself is against LinkedIn’s user agreement, and the account holder carries that risk. No tool can promise you will never be restricted, and any that does is not being straight with you. What rivomi can do is keep the risk small, and every default is set to do that.

  • A newly connected account starts at a few invitations a day and ramps up over a few weeks to about 20 invitations and 40 messages a day, with no more than 100 invitations in any seven days. Sends are spread through working hours with gaps of several minutes, and you can set every agent lower.

  • Circuit breakers. If too few of an account’s invitations are being accepted, rivomi halves its sending and then pauses it. If LinkedIn starts throttling or returning errors, the account stands down for an hour or more, and for a full day if it keeps happening. Invitations that go unanswered for three weeks are withdrawn a few at a time.

  • rivomi marks the account as restricted and stops sending from it immediately. Nothing is retried in the background. Sort it out with LinkedIn first, then reconnect when you are ready.

  • In Settings, under Sending. Sign in with your LinkedIn email and password, and approve any verification LinkedIn asks for: a code, an authenticator app or a prompt on your phone. Adding your two-factor key keeps the account connected without asking again. The connection runs through our LinkedIn connection provider, and you can remove it in one click.

  • Yes, on plans with more than one sender. Each account has its own limits, ramp and breakers, so a problem with one never speeds up another.

Inbox and replies

Where the conversations end up.

  • Yes. Every conversation rivomi started, from every connected account, lands in one inbox with the person’s details beside it. It holds the conversations rivomi started, not your whole LinkedIn inbox.

    The inbox
  • No. Replies are yours to write. Once someone answers, it is a real conversation, and it should sound like you because it is you.

  • rivomi notifies you in the app when a prospect replies, and the inbox marks the thread as new. The reply check runs every half hour or so.

Credits and billing

What you pay for, and what you never pay for.

  • Solo is $49 a month: one outreach agent, one LinkedIn account, 1,000 new prospects and 500 credits a month. Teams and agencies are priced to the number of accounts and the volume, by conversation.

    Pricing
  • One unit of work you would recognise: one person enriched, or one AI judgement about them, like a score or a drafted message. A person who fits usually takes three or four credits. Someone who does not fit stops at about two.

  • Reading posts and comments, the agent’s regular checks, sending invitations and messages, the inbox, do-not-contact checks, and every call to the API and MCP server.

  • Start narrow. A tight buyer segment means fewer people get enriched and scored only to be ruled out. Drop sources whose people rarely fit, and read the first batch before you add more.

  • The agent stops spending until the month resets on the 1st (UTC). Nothing is billed past your plan, and the people already found, your drafts and your inbox stay where they are. Sending continues, since sending never uses credits.

  • Credits are counted for work that was done: a person enriched, a score or draft produced. Separately, every workspace has a daily ceiling on what it can spend with data providers, so a runaway source cannot burn through a month overnight. If a charge looks wrong, write to us and we will look.

  • Any time. It is monthly with no contract. You can export your prospects and lists as CSV whenever you like, and disconnecting your LinkedIn account takes one click.

Teams and agencies

Several people, several accounts, several clients.

  • Yes. Invite teammates to the workspace as members, admins or owners. Members can see everything. Admins and owners can also change settings and spending.

  • Not if you are in the same workspace. Members share prospects, the do-not-contact list and history, so the same person is not approached twice from two accounts.

  • One workspace per client, each with its own buyer segment, sources, LinkedIn accounts, do-not-contact list and inbox, and you switch between them from one login. Every lead shows the reason it fits and what the person wrote, so your client can check the work.

  • Not today. The app says rivomi, and there is no custom domain. Your clients can still be invited to their own workspace as members to read the leads and conversations.

Data and the API

Getting data in and out, and driving rivomi from your own tools.

  • Yes. Everything the app does is available over a versioned REST API and an MCP server, scoped to one workspace with a key you issue and revoke. Point Claude at your workspace and ask it who replied this week, or queue approved drafts from a script.

  • Not yet. Export prospects as CSV, or use the API to push them where they need to go. To keep existing customers out, export their LinkedIn URLs from the CRM and import them into the do-not-contact list.

  • No. rivomi is LinkedIn only. If your motion depends on email, a tool built for email will serve you better.

  • Yes. Prospects, agent leads and lists export as CSV from the app, and the API returns everything else. Nothing is locked in.

  • Yes. Deletion is in Settings, under Advanced. Removing a LinkedIn account disconnects it straight away. For anything else, write to us and we will confirm when it is done.

Support

Getting help, and what to expect.

  • Email hello@rivomi.com and a person answers, usually the same day. If you would rather see it working first, book a walkthrough and we will set up your first agent with you.

  • The agent or list it happened in, what you expected, what happened instead, and a screenshot if there is one. The more specific, the faster the fix.

  • It depends on your market, your offer and how narrow your segment is, so we will not quote you a reply rate. What changes the numbers is who you reach, not how many. Start small, read what comes back, and tighten the segment before you raise the volume.

The fastest answer is to try it on your own market.

Paste your website, correct the segment it drafts, and see who is talking about your problem this week. $49 a month, cancel any time.
