LinkedIn sequences that stop the moment someone replies

A sequence is an invitation followed by messages spaced over days. rivomi sends it from your own LinkedIn account, inside your working hours, and stops for a person as soon as they answer. Nobody gets a follow-up after they’ve replied.

How it works

  1. 1

    Invitation

With a note on Premium accounts. Without one on free accounts, where LinkedIn doesn’t allow it.

  2. 2

    Wait for the accept

Nothing else is sent until they accept. The first message waits a while after the connection instead of arriving the same minute.

  3. 3

    Messages, days apart

Up to twelve steps, each with its own delay in days.

  4. 4

    Stop on reply

A reply ends the sequence for that person and moves the conversation to your inbox.

The details

Working hours, their way
Sends fall inside the business hours and days you set, in your time zone, with a different start and end each day.
Stale invitations tidied
Invitations nobody accepts are withdrawn after three weeks, a few a day, like someone clearing out old requests.
Existing connections skipped
First-degree connections are left out by default, so you don’t cold-message people who already know you.
Never twice
Someone already contacted, replied or on your do-not-contact list is never enrolled again, by any agent.

What it doesn’t do

Better to hear it here than find out after you’ve paid.

  • LinkedIn only. There are no email or phone steps.
  • It doesn’t send InMail. Sequences run on invitations and messages to connections.
  • Daily volume is deliberately low and ramps up for new accounts. rivomi won’t send faster to hit a number.

Questions

How many LinkedIn invitations does rivomi send a day?

A new account starts small and ramps up over a few weeks to about 20 invitations and 40 messages a day. It is spread across working hours and can be set lower. The limits are explained on the account safety page.

What happens when someone replies?

Their sequence stops immediately, and the conversation appears in your inbox with the rest of the thread.

Do I need LinkedIn Premium?

No. On a free account the invitation goes without a note, and the note becomes the first message after they accept.
