Account safety

Your LinkedIn account only ever sends

The account you spent years building is the one thing rivomi treats as irreplaceable. It is never used to find or read people, and what it does send goes out slower than you would send it yourself.

What your account does, and what it never does

Finding and enriching people happens through data providers. Your connected account only does what you would do by hand.

It does

  • Send a connection request
  • Send a message or a follow-up
  • Read the replies you get
  • Withdraw invitations nobody answered

It never does

  • Search LinkedIn for people
  • View profiles to enrich them
  • Read commenters, likers or followers
  • Export your network
  • Visit profiles to “warm them up”

That is also why rivomi offers no profile-visitor or follower signals: they can only be read through your own account.

The pacing, in numbers

These are the defaults every account starts with. You can make them slower. You cannot turn them off.

20 + 40

invitations and messages a day at most, reached gradually. A new sender starts at 5 and 10 and adds a few each day.

100

invitations in any 7 days, however the days fall.

6 + 10

invitations and messages in any hour, at most.

3–12 min

between actions, at random, so there is no rhythm to spot.

12 h

after someone accepts before the first message goes.

21 days

before an unanswered invitation is withdrawn, and never more than 300 waiting at once.

Sending happens in working hours, with the start and end shifted a little each day. On a free LinkedIn account, invitations go without a note, because LinkedIn limits notes on free accounts.

Breakers that stop before LinkedIn has to

Low acceptance is the clearest sign that an account is sending to the wrong people. rivomi watches it for you and slows down on its own.

Low acceptance

Once 50 invitations are old enough to judge, an acceptance rate under 25% halves the daily volume. Under 15% pauses the account until you look.

LinkedIn pushes back

A throttle stands the account down for one to two hours, longer each time it repeats. Four in a day and it rests for 24 hours.

Errors

An unexpected error from the account pauses sending for 24 hours rather than retrying into it.

You approve, then it sends

Review mode

On for every agent by default. Nothing is sent until you approve the draft.

Do-not-contact

Customers, open deals and whole domains, checked before every single send.

Stop on reply

A reply pulls the person out of the sequence and into your inbox, from any account in the workspace.

One conversation

Members share history, so the same person is not approached twice from two accounts.

The honest part

Acting on a LinkedIn account through anything other than LinkedIn is against LinkedIn’s user agreement, and the account holder carries that risk. No tool can promise an account will never be restricted, and we do not. What we can do is keep your account out of the data gathering, send less than you would, and stop on our own when the numbers look wrong.

The Acceptable Use Policy and the Terms of Service set out exactly what that means, before you connect anything.

Outreach that treats your account as irreplaceable.

Connect one account, keep review mode on, and let the agent send less than you would.
