Connection notes built on something they actually said
For every person who qualifies, rivomi drafts three pieces: a connection note, a first message for after they accept, and a light follow-up. The note opens with the moment that made them worth contacting, in their own words where there are any.
How it works
- 1
It starts from the signal
If they commented, the note can refer to the comment. If they wrote a post, it can refer to the post. The drafter sees their words, the post they were under and who wrote it.
- 2
It never invents a reason
Someone found by title search, a list upload or a job change hasn’t engaged with you, and the drafter is told so. It won’t claim to have seen a post that doesn’t exist or congratulate someone on a date it can’t check.
- 3
It writes to your rules
Your company, what you sell, who you sell to and the proof you’ve given it. It uses only the proof you supplied, word for word. You choose a professional, conversational or direct tone and can add house rules.
- 4
It checks its own work
Notes are held to LinkedIn’s 300-character limit and cut at a sentence end. Drafts are checked for links and for leftover placeholders before they can be queued.
Hi Ana, your comment that most of your churn happens before customers finish setup matched what we see too. I work on onboarding for B2B SaaS teams. Would be glad to connect.
The details
- Three pieces per person
- Connection note, first message (two to four sentences, one question) and a one- or two-sentence follow-up.
- Free LinkedIn accounts handled
- LinkedIn only lets Premium accounts attach a note. On a free account the invitation goes without one, and the note becomes the first message after they accept.
- Or write your own
- Switch an agent to manual and write the sequence yourself with {{firstName}}, {{name}}, {{company}} and {{title}}.
- No links in first contact
- Links in an invitation or a first message are flagged before anything is sent.
What it doesn’t do
Better to hear it here than find out after you’ve paid.
- You can approve or reject a draft, but you can’t edit its text inside rivomi yet.
- It writes for LinkedIn only. There is no email sequence.
- It won’t pretend a weak signal is a strong one. A company that is hiring is a fact about their job board, and the drafter treats it that way.
Questions
How long can a LinkedIn connection note be?
LinkedIn allows 300 characters, and only on Premium accounts. rivomi holds every note to that limit and cuts at a sentence end, not mid-word.
Will the notes sound like a template?
The note is built on what the person said or did, which is different for everyone. When there is nothing to cite, it says plainly how you found them rather than inventing a hook.
Can I write my own messages instead?
Yes. Put an agent in manual mode and write the steps yourself, with merge fields for first name, name, company and title.
