Lead scoring that tells you why
Every person an agent finds is judged against your buyer segment. You get one to three flames and two short lines: who they are and why they fit, then the strongest signal for or against. You never get a bare number to trust or ignore.
How it works
- 1
Free checks first
Before any AI spend, rivomi discards what can be decided by rule: “congrats” and emoji-only comments, people at your own company, people with no title or headline to judge, and people who break a hard requirement such as company size or a must-have keyword.
- 2
The right rubric for how they were found
Someone who commented on a post is judged on fit and on what they said. Someone found by title search never raised a hand, so intent is left out and fit carries the whole score. Nobody is marked down for a signal they couldn’t have given.
- 3
A verdict you can read
Two lines per person, plus flags like competitor, vendor, recruiter or agency. When a requirement isn’t proven, the reason says what is missing instead of guessing.
- 4
Your call on top
Mark anyone “Good fit” or “Not a fit”. It filters your lists and shows up in each agent’s stats.

The details
- Precise or broad
- Precise keeps only strong matches. Broad lets adjacent roles through when your market is small.
- Must-have and never words
- Terms that must appear, and terms that disqualify on sight, matched as whole words.
- Location that reads evidence
- Someone is only excluded on location when their profile shows another country. An unknown location never disqualifies.
- One credit per judgement
- Reading a page of commenters is free. You pay a credit when a person is enriched or scored.
What it doesn’t do
Better to hear it here than find out after you’ve paid.
- It doesn’t learn from your “Good fit” and “Not a fit” marks yet. They filter and they are recorded, but they don’t retrain the scorer.
- It can only judge what it can see. A profile with no title, headline or about text gets no role verdict until it is enriched.
- It doesn’t show a score out of 100. Flames and a reason are the customer-facing verdict.
Questions
How is rivomi’s lead scoring different from a lead score in a CRM?
A CRM score adds up activity on your own site and emails. rivomi judges a stranger on LinkedIn against your buyer segment, using their profile and the words they wrote in public, and it tells you why.
What happens to people who don’t fit?
They are kept with a reason and marked as not a fit, so you can see why they were dropped. Nothing is drafted or sent to them.
Does scoring cost credits for every commenter?
No. Noise comments and anyone who fails a hard rule are discarded before any AI runs. Credits go on people worth judging.
