What is your LinkedIn outreach worth?

Invites to accepts to replies to meetings to pipeline, and what each meeting costs you.

The rates start as placeholders. Replace them with your own.

Moving the numbers that matter

Volume is capped by LinkedIn. Everything after the invitation is up to who you pick and what you say.

Acceptance

Invite people who did something related to your problem this week, not everyone with the right title.

Replies

Open on what they wrote. A note that could have gone to anyone gets treated like it did.

Meetings

Answer the reply fast and ask one easy question before you ask for time.

Your time

Most of the hours go on deciding who to message and writing the note. That is the part worth automating.

Questions

What is a good LinkedIn connection acceptance rate?+

For invitations to strangers, 25–40% is healthy. Under 25% usually means the list is too broad or the note reads like a template, and under 15% starts to put the account at risk.

How many LinkedIn invites does it take to book a meeting?+

Multiply your acceptance, reply and meeting rates and divide one by the result. At 35% acceptance, 20% replies and 30% of replies becoming meetings, that is about one meeting per 48 invitations. The calculator does this for your own numbers.

Which number should I work on first?+

Usually acceptance and reply rate, not volume. LinkedIn caps invitations at around 100 a week, so the only way to get more meetings out of the same account is to invite people more likely to care and write to them about something they said.

Why compare with an SDR?+

It is the usual alternative to a founder doing outreach. Put in what an SDR would cost you fully loaded, with salary, tools and management time, and the calculator shows what each meeting would cost at the same rates.

Raise the rates, not the volume.

rivomi finds people who wrote about your problem this week, says why each one fits, and drafts a note that opens on it. You approve every send.
